NY Event Space by Capsule Studio NYC is a woman-led company. Haruko, originally from Japan and a photojournalist in San Francisco, is a photographer with a background in Theatre and Music. She brings her stage management style combined with Japanese hospitality and attention to detail to make your event outstanding. NY EVENT SPACE BY CAPSULE STUDIO NYC is designed to partner with your meeting and event team.

We have windows and sunshine for overall happiness, 4K projector for a private cineplex experience and high 16-ft ceiling for an immersive meeting.
Evening receptions are pleasantly experienced as the windows turn into pools of light. The historic cast iron columns take on twinkling lights and the entire loft is filled with music from the Mackie Soundstage Speakers.
Our team coordinates drink and food, serving a carefully curated menu, ensuring an optimum experience. We provide the background service seamlessly so you can focus on your work.
